I would like to be in a role that requires quick thinking and responsibility. I believe that I have the potential and attitude to be a great leader and supervisor.
I am currently appyling to PhD programs in immunology/cancer that will start in August of 2012. Until then I will need to remain in science as a research assistant. I will certainly consider pursuing the PhD with the employer given a mutually beneficial experience as an assistant/technician.
