I would like to be a position to train young sales people early on in their careers. I would like to work with VP's or Directors of Sales Divisions, to author, and implement training programs for their sales staffs. Preferable with various levels of training, from the basics of relationship building, through negotiating, "the art of the deal" so to speak.
Ideal Companies: I have no preferences when it comes to a particular company. At least none by name. I would like working for a company that is honest and operates with moral value.
