Worked with Workers Comp carrier on annual audit. * Prepare all spreadsheets for company Bonus and PTO cash out program. * Work closely with HR in all areas of benefits, terminations and new hires. * Responsible for all compliance testing - 401K and FSA Non-Discrimination testing. * Continually work with ADP on pricing issues. Reduced Payroll costs by 38.3% and I-IRB by 6.3%. Experience with Global Payroll traveled to Ireland to train new Payroll Manger. (Streamline Payroll system) * Review and reconcile all year-end entries and W-2 statements. * Process W-2C's as needed.
