With almost 10 years in Information Technology (IT) and my new found love for recruiting, I have transformed myself into a passionate sourcer/recruiter. In addition to finding candidates, I lead the team at PG&E to install a new Applicant Tracking System, CRM, SEO & SEM strategy as well as integrate tools and technology for the recruiting team. These tools enable recruiters, sourcers and coordinators to take advantage of posting to multiple job boards, social networks, keyword campaigns and email CRM contacts, from a single portal. The data that is collected from job seekers in this portal combined with ATS data delivers the most essential and effective ROI measurement tool available today.
