Responsibilities
Hold total operational, planning and oversight responsibility for all land development projects company-wide (Northwest and Southwest suburbs); successfully manage up to three projects simultaneously with up to 300 home sites each.
Orchestrate all facets of new land development projects for single family and town home developments from plan finalization to village turnover.
Plan, schedule, oversee and monitor all contractors and utility companies to meet aggressive schedules, including tree removal, mass dirt, underground, building of roads, public utilities, etc.
Work directly with village officials prior to, during and following projects; fill a public relations manager role with direct accountability for responding to potential and existing negative community relations.
Worked with geo-technical engineers and outsourced environmental firms for all aspects of soil and biological compliance.
Audit and approve all land development invoices prior to payment.
