As a Consulting Manager with a Big-Four CPA firm he worked turnaround projects to improve cash flow and operating efficiency for healthcare clients as a national resource. Either as an employed CFO or as an interim CFO, the goals of improving the organizational effectiveness, improved cash flow and profitability were always accomplished.
