Experience in all aspects of hotel management, including: • Successful Experience managing Full Service, Upscale Service, and Select Service branded and independent hotels for over 15 + years • General Management, Revenue Management, Asset Protection, and Risk Management • Operations Management including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and profit management • Focus on delivering high quality guest service and high standards of excellence • Associate satisfaction, active team leadership, management and motivation • Active involvement with owners, management company, and Brand representatives • Quality, asset management and capital planning including complying with all brand standards • Extensive experience with all aspects of hotel renovation • Food & Beverage management; creating innovative cuisine • Comprehensive convention & meeting management • Direct involvement with civic, government, and business communities • Ability to uncover and correct inconsistencies in hotel operation • Ability to maintain and enhance team member performance standards while exceeding guest satisfaction goals
