Having worked with various vendors such as Dell, IBM, Lenovo, AT&T, Xerox and HP to name a few, I have developed skills in negotiating contracts, and very effective at developing an RFP. • Manager of day to day infrastructure, VOIP and End User support. In using the ITILv3 framework, I trained, coached, and mentored our customer facing staff to ensure the highest level of efficiency when delivering support to the customer (including and specific to the executive community). I also spent adequate time reviewing KPI reports to measure vendor performance, in order to determine if SLA’s and OLA’s agreed upon were being met. • Manager for developing and/or enhancing policies and procedures to help achieve higher customer satisfaction by way of continuous improvement initiatives. I also created customer surveys for purposes of further gathering data of customer satisfaction. • Manager for Infrastructure Procurement & Asset Management including tracking and monitoring of all IT assets.
