I successfully built and managed daily operations for an international container pool for Eastman Kodak. This included hiring, training and motivating personnel. Leadership and support was provided to a customer service team of 16 in set-up of load plans to consolidate domestic trailers, moving import LCL cargo to multiple DSL destinations in U.S. and Canada. In addition, I managed the team in inland movement of 2K to 4K containers per month to a Free Trade Zone in Arizona for a major retailer.
