From 1995 to 2000, my work through out the Tacoma/Seattle area, consisted of high rises buildings, bridges, parking structures and commercial tenant improvement.  In 2000 after completing the Seattle Mariners Stadium and the Seattle Seahawks Stadium, I moved to San Francisco and finished the second half of the Giants Baseball Stadium.  In the summer of 2001, Morley Construction in San Diego hired me as an assistant Superintendent.  I completed the Western Metals retrofit phase at the San Diego Padres Baseball Stadium. All jobs were on time and under contract budget. Spring of 2003, I moved to Chicago, to marry my wonderful wife Kristin and we now have three amazing children together. In Chicago, I worked on the 355 Interstate Connections.  As a Carpenter Foreman for Herlithy Mid- Continent Construction, we completed the 17-bridge contract with a 56-man crew. It was a self perform, start to finish project.  We were under budget by 1.3% and ahead of schedule by 11 days. Bomel Construction hired me and relocated my family and me to Las Vegas, NV in 2004.  As the General Foreman, we did the concrete contract on a 56 story high rise and a 13-story parking structure at the “City Center Resort Project”.  After completing the concrete work at the “C.C.R.P”, Marnell Carroa Construction hired me as the General Foreman to start the “Echelon Resort Project”. We started to build two, million square foot parking structures with a 105-man crew.  Due to the bad economy, the job was shut down by Boyd Gaming and will restart sometime in the near future.  P.C.L Construction in Breckenridge, CO hired me to start a seven story Lodge at the Breckenridge Ski Resort.  As a Superintendent, I was in charge of the Concrete work and site work.  My job was working with the sub-contractors, controlling the scheduling, and the jobs progress.  After two weeks into the project and 33 days behind. I hired 23 carpenters and laborers from my last job, “The Echelon Resort” .  We completed the concrete work 6 days ahead of schedule.     Unfortunately, I had to leave P.C.L. before the job had been completed.  The elevation of 10,000 feet did not agree with my kid’s oxygen levels.  We were advised to move to sea level as soon as possible. Bradbury Construction hired me as a Superintendent in Tacoma, WA. I have had a 15-year criminal background check to do work for the Federal Government.  I was running a 2 million dollar, Washington State Fish and Wildlife project in the Seattle/Tacoma area.   Unfortunately my sister in law had to have a double lung transplant in Chicago.  Understanding my wife’s feelings, I took a job close in Iowa, as a superintendent for Neumann Brothers.  I built a Car Rental facility at the Des Moines airport.  I then did all the exterior concrete and structural concrete at the old downtown library.   I finished my job for Neumann’s and was asked if I could help a company out building bridges.   As you have read, I have done many different job's in my career.  And that has helped me in my success in this world.  I have started from the bottom and worked my way up to the top. I understand what has happed to our economy and not affraid of starting at the bottom again. My family and I are currently living in Stuart Iowa.  I always have a positive attitude and love what I do everyday.  Not here to waste your time or money.  Thanks for your time. Marc W.
