RssIndustrial Maintenance Mechanic

Christopher J. Kirlik Washington, Pa. 15301 (724) 759-0280 Kirlik_C@yahoo.com March 4, 2010 To Whom It May Concern: I graduated from York Technical Institute in April of 2008 with an associate’s degree in Industrial Computerized Automation Engineering Technology. With a 3.91GPA and excellent attendance record, I have completed studies in basic electricity, industrial motor controls, relay logic, power generation and distribution, basic PLC, industrial control electronics, fluid power, devise networking, and robotics. My commitment to my education along with my 10 years of experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic/electrician makes me the man for the job. My position as a student at YTI has provided the opportunity to work in a highly motivated, team environment, where it is essential to not only work closely with my colleagues in order to complete assignments, but also demonstrate individual capabilities. My instructors would say that I am eager and quick to learn and that I demonstrate the ability to accomplish the tasks put before me. I am seeking a career that will allow me to apply my self-motivating skills to the fullest and pursue my commitment to achieve success. I believe I will become a real asset to your organization as a member of your industrial team. I have solid references and familiarity with industrial and building maintenance, trouble shooting skills, stress tolerance, analytical thinking abilities along with great attention to detail, initiative and a firm belief that all success is based on the premise of 99% perspiration and 1 % inspiration. Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome a personal interview in which we can discuss my potential contributions to your company. Please feel free to contact me any time by phone or E-mail to suggest a time at which it will be convenient for us to talk. I look forward to your reply. Sincerely, Christopher J. Kirlik
