Dear Sir / Madam, I have been working as a engineer- technician on the Federal Highway Administrations from 2003. I traveled extensively across the United States to 28 construction projects and plant. I am very well versed with quality control of construction,aggregates,concrete and asphalt.I also have US Commercial driver license. I have a strong background from Russia and Uzbekistan for more then 20 years and have held several positions in Polytechnic and Road construction Universities, international construction and production companies.
