Obtain a challenging position as a paralegal in the field of law with the utilization of executive and professional expertise including: •Over 10 years of legal experience and 4 years paralegal experience including experience in a litigation setting. •Experience in contracts in both large firm and corporate law settings •Contract administration support and management including review, analyzing, drafting, negotiation and finalization of business contracts including business administration, analysis of research projects and confidentiality agreements •Experience with drafting, editing and reviewing of contracts (non-disclosure, consulting, and various sales and services agreements.) Maintain contract database and file/scan all copies. Ensure contracts are current. •Assist with import and export registrations and licenses for products •Experience in construction defect litigation •Ability to support multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment •Ability to proof, format, and prepare legal documents, such as memoranda, e-mails, contracts, and correspondence •Experience with Court forms, procedures, calendaring and discovery (including e-discovery) •Extensive legal knowledge in health law and policy, public policy, medical malpractice, litigation, FDA law and healthcare leadership and political advocacy •Proven ability to work with least amount of supervision •Detail-oriented and ability to manage a heavy workload and effectively multi-task •Strong analytical and problem solving skills •Excellent interpersonal skills with coworkers and clients
