I am interested in Scientist position for designing and developing novel small molecules, developing new synthetic routes and process optimization, for drug discovery and development. Interested in Lead generation and Lead optimization and advancing lead compounds for Clinical trials based on potency, selectivity, optimized physicochemical properties (solubility), DMPK properties (P450 activity), and toxicity (in vivo acute, and in vitro hERG activity). Excellent experience as a post doctoral fellow on the total synthesis of Eicosanoids, multi-step organic synthesis, synthetic methodologies using organometallic catalysts for organic transformations, in University of Texas at Dallas. I am sure that I will do the best and contribute the best with my scientific experience in various Programs.
