Increased the new clientele by 20% • Re-negotiated several contracts to decrease our high rental spaces in the department stores of Galeries Lafayette, Le Bon Marché and Printemps (decreased rentals by 10%) • Developed a successful partnership with “Colette” and “L’eclaireur”, two of Paris’ hippest fashionable multi-brand stores, in order to position the brand for its new image. LVMH Bs As Argentina Regional Manager Latin America 2000-2005 Achievements: • Promoted to set up the structure in Latin America to support sales growth in the area • Set up headquarter offices in Buenos Aires, hired managers for Finance, Marketing, Human resources and Logistics • Achieved an increase in turnover of 100% during the five years (100million USD) • Managed and motivated a total of 15 stores (150 personnel) in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and lastly South Africa • Worked tirelessly with local government bodies to decrease all fake handbag trafficking within the region • Travelled and researched new location potential for: Cuba, St Thomas.
