Marine Biologist
Not many people can say they’ve known what they want to do since they were seven years old. However, I am one of those few whose answer to “What do you want to be when you grow up?’ has not faltered from marine biology. Now that I have graduated from college, I am that much closer to achieving the goal set at the young age of seven. I feel that the next step towards this goal is to further my research endeavors via a Doctoral degree. Eventually I would like to conduct my own field research. My particular interests lie in cetacean communication and acoustics. I understand how difficult research like this would be, but I feel that I am up to the challenge.
