The service & parts departments were doing 25-30k in gross. They are now doing 150,000 in service & parts gross. I have move the store by a 410% increase overall . The store is now ranked in the top 40 in the country. Our finance department is running 1480 PVR with a 41% lease penetration. our warranty sales are at 74% and the highest in the district. We are #1 with honda finance and #1 in overall CSI in the country. 9/2004 - 1/2006 John Eagle Honda Houston, TX General Sales Manager I took over the dealership with a top 10 ranking in the city of houston with a gross average of 1800 PVR. We are now a 2nd place store in houston with a gross average of 2700 PVR. We also obtained a second presidents award. I am responsible for running the dealerships daily operations. I have improved the finance department by adding new products and processes. 1/2002 - 9/2004 Lawrence Marshall Houston, TX Used Car Manager Took the used car department form 15 cars per month to 125 cars per month @ 3200 PVR. And #1 Pontiac GMC certified dealer in Texas. Also helped the new car department go from 38 new to 150 new. I was also responsible for approving the daily bills and accounting. 11/1988 - 11/2001 Courtesy Auto Group Tampa, FL used car Manager Started with company as a salesperson and worked my way up to used car director .I was responsible for running the daily operations for the entire store. The company at the time of the buy -sell reported sales of 1400 vehicles per month.
