In my previous role as the Machine Tool Services supervisor I was responsible for managing and leading the coordination and prioritization of all maintenance activities at Pratt & Whitney’s East Hartford Repair Operations (EHRO). During my tenure I have successfully been able to create a team atmosphere with the unionized Machine Tool Services group which led to a culture change that reduced response and repair times, employee injury and also established sustainable processes. I have the experiences necessary to sustain stable working relationships with all levels of management, personnel and customers.
