Assist in estimating project costs, performing take-offs and developing project proposals working directly with general contractors.

Centex homes


  • Plan, organize and manage the overall residential and light construction development. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and analysis of projects, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub contractor selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project development, quality control and certification of occupancy. Supervise crews of up to 60 trades’ workers.

Shea Communities


  • Managed the overall residential construction from plot plans to home owner orientation. Organized scheduling, inspections, and quality walkthrough’s for over 30 homes during each phase of development. Managed customer expectations with the home owners at prestart, foundation pour, drywall and at the final orientation. The expectations were 0-4 items at final orientation, averaging home owner surveys to 87% or higher.

  • Responsible for the front-end and back-end management of all construction phases. Collaborated with the Superintendent to ensure successful offsite construction management. Shared the responsibilities for all phases of construction for homes averaging 3500 square feet. Managed and met customer expectations through customer service walkthroughs and telephone calls. Established survey processes and feedback forms to assist in achieving higher survey responses.

Shea Homes


  • Responsible for running the front-end. Worked closely with the team by taking 4-plex homes from start to texture. Homes were built on the sides of mountains usually with no asphalt, no water, no power, causing the opportunity to manage a team of workers in a hi-stress environment. Collaborated with the On-Site Inspector due to ensure appropriate completion in the volume of production/inspections.
