My unique combination of experience as a product manager, project manager and QA manager are complemented by my technology and human skills:  Managed multiple $1M+ technology cross-functional projects at Countrywide (now Bank of America), within their secondary market technology group, leading the company to save millions.  Designed key social network web product features at Zurock, a Social Network Applications startup. This included writing the requirement documents and the wireframes.  At Countrywide, not only did I lead business and technology teams through project completions on time and on budget, but I achieve a level of recognition from senior management and throughout the enterprise unusual for my level of experience, mostly due to my innovative and productive approach to problem solving.  Extensive hands-on technical skills built on foundational career as a software engineer and advanced academic credentials, including a computer science degree, a political science degree and deep knowledge of five languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish.  6 years of experience in IT Project Management, Risk Assessment, QA Assurance, Web Product Management and Release Management.
