Responsible for 10 direct reports on pre-sales consultative support on CA ITSM technology and IT Asset Management technology: 1) Manage, train, and recruit top Presales resources 2) Work with Regional Sales to build pipeline and socialize offerings 3) Engage directly with Client at C level on large deals in Fortune 500. CA Service Desk, CA CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Accounting, Service Modeling, Asset Portfolio Management Management of technical product demos, Proof of Concepts, and Trials on CA software. Responsibilities also include the creation of Services and Partner agreements in the South to engage on overall solutions that support Service Management and Governance. Creation of new offerings that have been adopted across North America for ITSM and COBiT that include consulting services, SaaS, technology architecture on CA products, and their alignment to ITIL Service Management based on understanding of the competition. Speak frequently at events across North America and Latin America at CIO events as a Subject Matter Expert on ITSM and Governance for CA. Solutions included stages 1 through 3: Data Center outsourcing, Network Operations, Remedy Service Desk, Peregrine Service Center, Peregrine Asset Center, Solution ROI creation, and C level Executive presentations. During this time, managed a highly visible 3-month multi-million dollar Data Center migration for a pharmaceutical customer. Responsible for management of onsite Presales effort, implementation team and budget. Responsibilities included quarterly consultations with C level management on IT lease/ purchase expenditure, buying pattern analysis, external services expenditure, technology refresh, and ROI recommendations. This included deal P&L responsibility and 22 direct and indirect reports.
