  • Supervised six departments and up to 50 employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Increased employee productivity by improving the metrics tracking system and communicating real time numbers to employees regarding their daily, weekly and annual productivity. Utilized database information to compile information for analysis of processes and cost structure to determine best course of action in shipping of imported goods.
