I am very proud of the accomplishments I made at my last position. I was tasked with opening a new call center for a major PBM. I hired, trained and mentored 18 representatives to start. The department went on to grow to 45 plus representatives. I had the lowest attrition rate in the company. I take great pride in that. This was the second call center department I have successfully started and ran. I also have strong medical and dental claims background in previous postitions.

  • Supervised, trained, evaluated and performed all manager functions for a staff of 12 to 28 representatives. Maintained expected service levels set by the company or clients.

  • Supervised Prior Authorization Technicians including hiring, training and coaching a staff of 12. Met service level requirements to an acceptable percentage rate. Developed training program for new and existing employees.
