Root Learning (A Division of Goldman Sachs)


  • Set up the systems and infrastructure to grow the company from a five million dollar organization to a 15 million dollar design, production and consulting firm. Managed key client accounts and frequently served as a Senior Engagement Manager. Some specific accounts I closed and maintained included: Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Dow Elanco, John Deere, Amoco, Searle Pharmaceutical, ADM, Imation, and Monsanto. The associated billings totaled over $2,000,000.

1/1996 - 1/2001

Concept Rehab. Inc.


  • Reorganized the sales, recruiting and manpower tracking infrastructure resulting in net profits doubling in 6 months. Expanded the geographic market to include Michigan, achieving additional billings of 10 million dollars. Repositioned a subsidiary in Indiana moving the subsidiary from a monthly loss of $100,000 to a net monthly profit in excess of $150,000.
