Graphic Design

An Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts of America. Played an active role in the conversion of the manual film process to a digital environment. Through completion of my certification and Associates Degree I was training my coworkers in their responsibilities and new procedures. I was part of a team who converted from wide-format film to a Direct-to-plate system. Developed and implemented a new customer service process to increase throughput and monitoring communications. Monitored and maintained production equipment for consistency and quality. Our company had realized production cost savings in excess of $500,000 through vendor accountability, and our new Purchasing manager’s competitive bidding process within the first year.
