RssTop notch Sales Administrator and Administrative Services Manager who successfully contributes to improved profits and productivity.

A management position with a stable and progressive organization where my experience in analysis, administration, and training skills can be translated into improved growth and profitability. I have worked for very large corporations (115K+) and I know I can make a more dramatic impact working with smaller organizations. Contributing to my continue career success is my ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers and have learned that something "gets lost in the translation" when there are too many associates to deal with. Effectiveness and reactionary responses are delayed when having to sift through too many layers of people to get an answer. I'm a digger...and like finding acceptable solultions to all challenges.

About Me

Industry:

Management & Business

Occupation:

Administrative Services Manager

Highlights:

1. Prior to and during the acquisition of IBP, I managed 13 administrative and accounting associates while continuing to assume additional responsibilities. During this transition period, all existing and new objectives were obtained, the departmental budget remained under plan, and I experienced zero employee turn over despite ever changing and challenging circumstances. Flexibility, communication, time management and leadership skills were utilized, which resulted in my department becoming the premier source for information and assistance. 2. Created and managed a promotional program/process for tracking foodservice and national account sales. This program was based on a 5 year history of sales and promotional spend. Once reviewed and implemented, the Company was able to become more proactive in price adjustments, competitive in bidding, and more aggressive when negotiating contracts or promotional participating. During the last 10 months of my employment with this company, we showed an increase in earnings and a savings of 150K.
