  • Answer Multiple phone lines, make all appointments, keep stock of all buisness cards and menu paper ect,assisting all managers w/ day to day operations. I also helped coordinate large Dinner Partys for diffrent types of associations. My duties were to also write up important documents such as contracts, liquor inventory spread sheets and anything else the mgrs needed documented.
