I listen to my clients and thus gain a deep understanding of their needs which enables me to deliver excellent results. I'm well versed in several sourcing tools and techniques. While I am aggressive in my sourcing strategies, I believe making connections and networking still rank as the best ways to find candidates. I’ve worked for several different organizations, spanning different sectors of the market. Additionally, I’ve had responsibility for full cycle recruitment for all types of positions, both exempt and non-exempt. This includes technology: Supervisors, Project Managers, Leads, Programmer/Analysts, Networking and Architecture roles, Voice and Data Analysts, as well as support roles. In Banking I’ve focused on all types of roles cross different areas of the bank to include, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Specialty Banking, Core Banking, Marketing and Risk Management. I’ve filled Risk Management Analysts, Relationship Managers, Communication Managers, Marketing Support and Operations Support roles. As a result, I'm looking for a challenging environment that rewards strong performance and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships.
