I am a seasoned Human Resources professional who has enjoyed working in this profession for more than 18 years. My comprehensive Human Resources background includes an enormous scope of Human Resources related functions including Benefits, Compliance, Payroll, Policies & Procedures, Employee Relations, Time Management, Marketing, Recruitment, Compensation Structure, Training and Strategic Planning. I have organized and conducted Management Level and Employee Training programs and facilitated Employee Workshops covering a wide variety of topics including: Safety in the Workplace, Workforce Harassment, Performance Management, and EEOC Compliance. During my career in Human Resources, I have also had the opportunity to create Human Resources Operations Manuals, Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manuals, and Employee Handbooks. It has also been my pleasure to work in the Human Resources field with both Non-Profit and For-Profit companies. I share my training, knowledge and expertise with organizations specializing in Accounting, Hospitality, Marketing and Healthcare. I partner with Departmental Managers, Directors and Board Members to provide functional insight to help organizations reach their projected goals. My Certifications include the SPHR and CEBS and I am very computer literate and possess a wealth of HRIS experience including ADP, Kronos, Taleo, Great Plains, People Trak, Position Manager, Ceridian, and Lawson. I am currently working as a Human Resources Consultant with an Executive Staffing Firm in a part time capacity where I provide leadership and structure to various companies that do not have an in-house personnel department.
