I have been doing customer care just about my whole working career. I enjoy helping others, Have had ample training in multi-tasking while on the phones, as well as hands on experiance with dealing with customers issues. I completly understand the importance of resolving what ever there concerns or needs may be. I have always taken great pride in knowing that I can be relied on, always giving 110% percent.
