I have two years of college education and a diploma in culinary arts from carteret community college . I am very creative and try to be as cutting edge as possible . I have lived near the coast nearly my whole life and my seafood knowledge is very sub par . I am always trying new things and love to teach, my goal in life is to spread the knowledge of food to everyone I meet and work with . My job is my life, so I put all I have into it it is a true passion to me . Every day I go to work I try to do everything I do better than the day before .
