Provide the daily direction and management to all support functions and production personnel, improving operational efficiencies, providing competitive product lines, and achieving profitability and market share gains. Engaged to revitalize the operation’s performances, build product integrity, and develop and implement “Operational Initiatives” consistent with corporation goals. Defined and provided the Strategic Manufacturing Plans and comprehensive Business Plans to organizations generating growth and profitability. Manage yield improvements, negotiate 6-, to 7- figure deals and oversee capital projects valued up to $5 million. Directed between 5-7 managers with general oversight as many as 330 employees. . The terms of these contracts extended between twelve to fifteen months in length. Reported directly to the President/CEO

Accountable and responsible for the management of the P&L for all manufacturing operations – including the management of operating budgets in excess of $8.75 million – and the direction of 130+ union employees.   • Served as Director of Manufacturing for $45 million consumer products manufacturer servicing domestic and Middle Eastern countries. Directed all manufacturing organizations including procurement, engineering/quality, production, tool and die, maintenance, material control, industrial/manufacturing engineering, security, and distribution departments with oversight of 230 employees. Reported to CEO.
