Major Responsibilities
As customer service lead for Gander Mountain it was my job to keep the front end of the store (check outs, service desk, supervision of other customer service personnel) running smoothly allowing the managers to focus thier attention on other aspects of store operation.
Due to my ability to successfully multi-task I have decreased the amount of time associates from other departments have to spend providing assistance at the check outs allowing them the time needed to accomplish their own departmental tasks.
