CollapseDescription

I am looking for a job that will allow me to draw from my years of experience doing "street EMS" as well as the skills I learned doing medical transportation. I have spent 12 years doing Critical Care Transportation of adults and pediatrics, I would enjoy working as a supervisor, preceptor or in other management capacity. I enjoy an environment that is changing and nonstatic. My career goals are to mentor young EMTs in the many roles that we play in the prehospital and medical transportation environments. I enjoy running a "tight ship" and ensuring that all players are on the same page of the book. I enjoy interaction and obtaining feedback both positive and negative from the people I work with or lead. I firmly believe in leading by example and let actions speak for themselves.
