My name is Molly Hatch. I have recently been going to college as a part time student. I am working towards my bachelor degree in business management. I am getting ready to sign back up for classes and can work around a full time work schedule. My management experience has strengthened my ability to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude. I have the ability to adapt to different styles of communication. This enables me to efficiently and effectively identify issues in order to quickly obtain a viable solution to the matter at hand. My management experience has taught me the value of leading by example and taking pride in a job well done.
