Reviewed Closing Documents throughout the Country to make sure that the Document packages were correctly filled out by the Closing Agent/Attorney's and was notarized and signed by all parties, proofread all the documents to make sure that everything was properly signed as well as making sure that the Legal Descriptions were correct. I scanned the Mortgage Documents into their correct Closing orders. I sent these Mortgage Closing Documents back to the Lenders, and I answered the phones.

I sent the signed and notarized Mortgages out to the individual Abstractors throughout the Country to get these Mortgages Recorded. I then called the Lenders, Borrower's, Courts, Attorneys, Notaries, Paralegals, Abstractors for various information pertaining to the Mortgages. I scanned these mortgage documents into their individual orders. Created Mortgage Recording Orders, answered problem calls from the Lenders, Abstractors, Closing Agents/ Attorneys, Courts and Borrowers. Managed to get Mortgages Re- signed/Re-executed and obtained shortages back for over paid taxes for problem Mortgages. Notarized all of the Acknowledgments and Affidavits for Mortgages when they needed to be acknowledged and notarized for other co-workers, Managers etc., answered the phones.
