Built and grew Private Client Services group over 5 year period for major financial firm. Recruited, hired and developed the best team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Resulted in $300,000,000 increase in assets for the firm, as well as grew the client base by over 250% percent with an attrition rate of less than 1%. Company merged with another company and I was recruited to transition these two groups, to a new central location in Fort Worth, Texas.   • Title is Senior Manager. I have had up to 5 Managers reporting up to me over the past year. These teams are responsible for core productivity and customer service in an investor center. Each of these teams has a Manager, as well as an Assistant Manager and averages 12-15 associates. At various time over the last year I've had 100 employees in my organization. My basic responsibilities are overseeing these teams to ensure they are being managed productively, as well as working on cross-functional teams to impact business across various channels.

  • I managed two teams of 8 associates who handled the top retail clients for a brokerage firm. I was responsible for all operations of site in Southern California, as well as a site in New York City. The daily functions included customer escalations, all incoming/outgoing correspondence, as well as working with our branch partners and working across business channels to ensure business success.
