Global Responsibilities • Report directly to the Executive Director. • Manage all large-scale projects and oversee general management of all firm projects. • Co-chair with Executive Director monthly project meetings that includes of all directors and senior managers. • Educate and train firm personnel on project management. • Recommend project priorities. • Evaluate and advise software options. • Stay informed of technology trends to enhance the practice of the firm. • Assist in organizational decisions regarding structure, strategic direction, and administrative gaps and frailties. • Maintain vendor relationships. • Responsible for vendor contract negotiations and maintenance. Project Responsibilities • Highly successful firm-wide migration to Interwoven Filesite from DocsOpen (Document Management System) • Successful implementation of InterAction 5.0 (CRM), after two failed attempts prior to employment, and Tikit Reaction Server (contact verification and mailing management). • Rolled out BlackBerry™ to all attorneys, directors and senior managers in all offices. • Put into practice a firm wide dinner system that incorporated organized catered weekly dinners with an attorney-mentoring program. • Restructured client/matter intake process and form and in progress of implementing workflow software and automated client/mater form. Currently moving forward with other workflow projects. • Implemented new HR/Benefits/Payroll system. Currently in Phase II which includs employee self-service, open enrollment and integration to enterprise systems. • Evaluating software options for priority areas. Currently evaluating Time and Attendance, Conflict Check, Intranet/Portal Technology, Cost Recovery, Portfolio Project Management, and System Integration tools and systems.
