Manage all aspects of employee assessment and development. • Ensure that BestBuy.com integrates seamlessly with Best Buy brick & mortar category promotions. Plan promotional activity to include products beyond brick & mortar assortment. • Develop and execute the strategy for the online assortment of 40,000 SKU’s, promotions and vendors. • Provide online channel expertise to ensure maximizing all multi-channel opportunities and strategies. • Ensure cross-functional integration and foster a team building environment • Manage timelines for execution for all vendor commitments for the online channel. • Maximize vendor collaboration, execution and delivery of all assets to maximize profitability.
