Completes telecommunications projects by establishing project objectives, milestones, and standards for builds, upgrades, expansions and new services. Responsible for the installation of complex Frame, ATM, Private Line (INTL& Dom) networks for Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for access planning with ILEC/CLEC. Responsible for all aspects of Project Management including developing plans based on customer requirements and goals. Analyzes circuit inventories from exiting company databases to develop a prioritized work list. Issue circuit migration orders and process through Provisioning, Engineering and City Operations teams. Coordinate and project manage roll orders through completed cut overs. Use all available technology and resources to advise customers/account teams on the status or changes of the project. Obtain and keep current a working knowledge of all order entry systems and practices. Track service provisioning and provide required detailed information to destination and origination countries to meet dates. Responsible for coordinating data technical call to obtain customer information and requirements needed for order entry. Determine if order criteria have been met and correct by working with the distributor/access providers. Establishes customer service by establishing installation priorities; directing installation schedules.
