Directly responsible for the recruitment, training, and overall performance of a functional financial planning sales team. Responsible for the overall agency sales performance of all financial and insurance products: life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and brokerage/managed money accounts. Manage, develop, and coach Financial Service Representatives.
