CollapseDescription

I conduct research and compare Investors and Agencies products and guidelines in order to create comprehensive comparison charts to identify product differences between investors and corporate underwriting standards, including internal Policies & Procedures, in order to identify potential issues with new or existing products. The research is to complete product changes and revisions in addition to assisting the development of new products for Retail, Wholesale, and the Correspondent Divisions providing Conforming, Non-Conforming, Alt-A and other lending products. I work well both individually and in a team environment and comfortable with many aspects of the product development process as well as the mortgage industry.
