While at Salon Services I was able to take the company from an annual profit margin of <2.5%> to an average bottom line of 6% even during growth periods. .During the three years that the distribution center was open, we continually won the ‘Distribution Center’ of the year award. This award had never been won by a satellite center in the history of the Michelin Corporation. In the six years that I was with Precor we increased production from 300 units per month to over 350 units per shift, with cutting errors to less than .001%.
