Presently provides high-level administrative support to Vice-President of Property Management Division of a not-for-profit organization that serves as a managing agent and developer. Assist VP-PM in reviewing and completing monthly income/expense statements (variance reports), budget completion; year end performance evaluation and bonus criteria report for all Property Management staff. Assist VP-PM in tracking residentís legal complaints; personnel issues including disciplinary and legal; assist with Job Descriptions revisions and inputs. Manage and maintain VP-PM schedules, emails, phone calls, daily correspondence and personal reimbursements. Assisted VP with outside commitments. Travel arrangements for VP-PM, Property Supervisors and on-site staff. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, and letters. Read and analyze memos received, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for staff, managersí, and other meetings.
