Description
I’ve focused my career to become a well-rounded complete Architect both in types of projects I’ve worked on as well as the scope of the work I’ve contributed. I am a licensed architect in New York, a member of the American Institute of Architects, certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards and a LEED® accredited design professional. I have worked on various typologies of projects including: Aviation, Healthcare, Education, Residential, Senior Living, Hospitality, Mixed Use/ Urban Design, Public Projects, Retail/ Commercial, Religious, Criminal Justice and Renovation/ Rehabilitation. I have been integrally involved in projects of varying scales and complexities for many prominent institutions in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the United States, where I have led the design and construction of new facilities and comprehensive renovation projects. I am comfortable in all phases of design, from early Schematic and feasibility studies to Construction Documents. I have extensive experience in field coordination and Construction Administration. Working with DOH and DOB, as well as other governing bodies regarding project approval, to fulfill required processing applications and review processes. I have also worked as a third-party life safety consultant & performed Q.C. for very large-scale medical institutions in NYC (NYP WCMC, CUMC and NYU MC). I’m experienced writing proposals, writing specifications, managing and coordinating internal project teams, owners/ clients, and consultants. In the end, the best form of marketing is a project that is well designed and constructed, that provides a cost effective solution, and best serves a client's needs. I am looking to be apart of a firm which has a diversified practice and opportunities to grow.
