Highlights:

 Successfully completed FEED (Project Proposal) development design package for BI-10-00717 Upgrade Abu Ali Electrical Power Supply from 115 KV to 230 kV for onshore and offshore scope of work with total estimated cost of $350MM. In addition, prepared the 10% ER estimate and secured ER funding. Developed the Issue for Bids (IFB) contract package. Completed all contracting requirements including Functional Reviews, Bid Slate development and SRC approval, Issued IFP packages to successful bidders, held site visits, Review Technical and Commercial Bids and awarded contracts to the successful bidder. After successful negotiations I led the Bid Review Team (BRT) to split the LSTK contract award between the offshore and onshore portions which contributed to a cost savings of $62MM.  Completed the construction and commissioning of BI-10-00960 Upgrade Control System at Berri Gas Plant (BGP) System estimated at $60MM. This project consisted of 13,000 I/Os and required 34 individual Partial Mechanical Completion Certificates (PMCCs) across 5 live Gas plants without interruption to operation.  Completed the expansion and Upgrade of the existing Sulfur facility at Jubail Industrial Port under BI-10-00688, estimated at $500MM. The scope included installation of New Sulfur pelletizers, New 13.8kV Electrical substation, New Control room and upgrade of the existing control system, and 75,000 Metric Tons new Sulfur Storage building. For the first time in Saudi Aramco this project used the following advanced construction techniques, Micro- piling and Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) in lieu of compacted backfill which significantly reduced the installation time.

Over the years, my career has been centered on overseeing all design activities, material procurement and construction activities as well as liaising with key internal stakeholders & external national and international involved parties; assuring smooth progress during the entire project lifecycle. My proficiency lies in managing several capital projects as well as planning, scheduling, organizing and directing the activities of the project engineering and all phases of a project. I am responsible for in Front End Engineering, detail design, testing, installation, and Hot Cutover support and worked on scope, schedule, cost, GP, and quality on grass-roots and control system upgrade projects for Refining and Petrochemical clients. By leveraging my experience, I mentor performance and payments of contractors, suppliers and subcontractors ensuring the meeting of all terms and conditions and determining compliance with contractual obligations.
