 An assertive professional with comprehensive practice administration experience including process/system improvement, training and development, revenue cycle management, payroll and staffing issues, procedure and policy formulation, patient and vendor relations.  Manage three practices in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Dentistry that are also residency programs under MMC.  Family and Internal Medicine primary care practices are Certified Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) and parts of Medicare Initiative: Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) with a total of 14 faculty physicians, 48 residents and 28 mid-level clinical and administrative staff.  As a member of the hospital's Leadership Council, attend monthly Council meetings and weekly Leadership Rounds for patients and employees.  Provide support to all clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure optimal levels of patient care.  Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure efficiency, streamlined and documented procedures, policies, and functions.  Direct 28 clinical and administrative staff reports that include: Nursing Staff, Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants and Hygienists, Customer/Clinical/ Billing/Residency Coordinators, and Registrars.  Organize training and evaluation processes for all disciplines, including residents in the departments.  Facilitate practice success and growth by cultivating staff's motivation and professional development.  Monitor daily productivity metrics and make staffing adjustments as needed.  Maintain personnel files, payroll records, and PTO, approve time cards, and track staff licensure requirements.  Conduct staff meetings and annual performance evaluations and distribute yearly merit increases.  Participate in employee engagement and patient satisfaction surveys.  Review accounts receivable reports every month.  Partner with IT specialists to ensure clinic workflow is optimized and streamlined to reduce inefficiency.  Collaborate with Marketing to strategically grow an overall volume of departments and providers; planned and launched marketing initiatives to build and increase client base
