Manages a 4 shift Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) 24/7 and direct manufacturing activities in the areas of foam white cup production and directs ancillary functions related to foam cup printing production. Product lines include institutional, retail and national accounts. Acts as SQF practitioner for the West Chicago facility. ·Provides direct supervision to a staff of four (4) Production Supervisors, (1) Cup Maintenance Supervisor and (1)Parts Room Supervisor while overseeing activities of the Receiving and Production Raw Material Department. ·Individually oversees workforce of approximately 120 hourly employees engaged in the manufacturing of foam products totaling approximately $24 million annually. ·Ensures compliance with facility’s SQF Management System.
