• Brand Revitalization. Created increases in annual sales from $4M to more than $12M in two years. Revitalized Young Living’s under-performing Slique weight management line with successful new product launches and a follow up marketing campaign including a body transformation contest. Increased monthly sales revenue for the line up to 400%. • Successful Product Launches. Worked closely with Product Management and Corporate Events teams to produce convention product launches at the Young Living annual global conventions. Launches included main stage presentations, marketing collateral including brochures, videos, product information pages, and interacting directly with Members answering questions. Many of these launches created increases in sales upwards to $1.5 Million in the first month of product sales. • Team Leadership. Realigned production schedules and processes to increase productivity to meet increased product needs to support new global markets, without having to increase staffing or payroll. Result increased production outputs 200%. • Creative Problem Solving. Statistically, ForeverGreen’s fourth quarter sales dropped. Implemented seasonal holiday product promotions with marketing plans and promotion materials for outside distributors. Resulting in increased fourth quarter product sales each year for six years with increases up to 50%. • Analytical and Writing Abilities.
