Highlights:

 Managed Probe Consolidation Project including Subcontractor Qualification Teams (Singapore and Taiwan) as well as Global Equipment Teams for China and Malaysia Probe Projects.  Negotiated global software interface contract resulting in a savings of $2.2M year over year.  Worked with Procurement team to analyze and optimize services needed per site based on several key metrics. This enabled us to reduce expenses across the board (especially in on-site repair part leases) and coordinate shared spares by location. Approximate savings of $300K YOY.  Software Contract: (Probe Process Engineering Section Manager, 2000 - 2014) We have a standard operator interface software we use. In 2000 the contract was $2.5M per year. I was appointed the chair of the Probe Standardization Council that year. I cancelled the contract. After a five year moratorium, we entered a $550K per year agreement due to factory expansions in Asia. In 2008, I was part of a team that negotiated contract to reduced it to $225K per year.  Organized and facilitated consolidation of a factory on the Oak Hill campus on to floor allowing for re-tooling of plant for new product line.  Organized and facilitated consolidation of a factory on the Ed Bluestein campus on to floor in Oak Hill. Coordinated between multiple entities to make sure all customer demands were met while tools were transitioning.  Lead equipment and process teams to facilitate transfers of equipment and product to other Motorola facilities to allow closure of the MOS-8 wafer factory.
